VIRTUAL: Salary Negotiation

By the end of the workshop participants will know how to define salary and recall key elements of the compensation packet. They will be able to classify tangible and intangible benefits. Participants will identify which employment benefits have the most personal value to their lives. Finally, they will be able to identify behaviors for successful salary negotiation and explain their components.
