How can our agency help you (and, in certain cases, how can you help us)? – This presentation helps participants understand our department, the businesses we regulate; how people can work with our outreach staff, as well as our Consumer Services team. It also explains how we use the information we gather, from the public, to help our compliance, examination and investigation team.
